Service Description

Charter our tour services for your private event, weddings, birthday or company trip. We customize all trips per your specifications. Time available for this private tour is 5 - 7 hours. Prices vary for party size. A minimum deposit of $199 is required. Balance is paid on the event day. Package includes an island tour, beach of your choice, and shopping in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Free drinks included. Park entrance and beach tickets are not included in your package price. IMPORTANT: For this package, please select quantity of "1" when paying, not the number of persons in the group.

Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Please read important information on our "Need to Know" page regarding our flexible hours that accommodate both early and late arriving ships. MEETING PLACES: The meeting place for visitors coming in at West Indian Company Cruise Ship Terminal will be under the blue canopy close to gate #3 (in the parking lot next to the restrooms). The meeting place for visitors coming in at Crown Bay Cruise Ship Terminal is at the windmill located in front of your ship in the shopping mall. Walking distance from the ship is about 3 to 5 minutes. There is a free shuttle from your ship if you rather not walk. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date in order to get a full refund of any payments. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will not be refunded. If a ship is not able to dock due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund. ​
